What is the purpose of using goniophotometer?

 The goniophotometer is a photometric device and it can be utilized to calculate the apparent power of the light source at various angles. Mostly, it can be used to verify the luminous fluidity of directed light sources such as automotive and LED headlights. There are numerous series in goniophotometer that covers a massive amount of measuring jobs. More frequently, the smaller devices are used to calculate the radiation information from OLEDs/ LEDs, SSL modules and lamps as well as to measure the light supply of minor faces. While the large goniophotometer can measure the lights up to two metre in diameter and however, very minor LEDs and lights with less light powers.
